About

A Digital Operations leader pairing a decade of enterprise-scale operational expertise with emerging product-building and AI-assisted development.

I lead the digital operations behind Nike's Pacific and Korea storefronts — the testing, tooling and teams that keep large-scale commerce platforms shipping smoothly. I've run two full platform migrations end to end, stood up a local content studio in Seoul, and built an operations function from the ground up.

I'm at my best where the path is unclear — bringing structure, calm and momentum to ambiguous, high-stakes work.

Recently, I've been applying that same mindset to building digital products, exploring AI-assisted development, and creating web experiences from concept to launch.

    Digital Operations Senior Manager

    Nike Pacific NDDC · Melbourne

    • Territory lead for key project rollouts — supporting UAT, communications, and cross-team coordination.
    • Managed internal-user transition during platform migration — quarterbacked migration test milestones and seamless coordination across global, geo, and territory teams.
    • Defined roles and responsibilities across internal teams and the Digital Operations Agency; led hiring and management of the operations team for scalable execution.

    • Selected and signed a Digital Agency contract for NDDC — led defining Scope of Work and negotiating terms, drawing on 7 years of NDDC business & operations experience.
    • Coordinated User Acceptance Testing across functions — aligning stakeholders and refining test scope and execution.

    Nike.com Business Manager

    Nike Sports Korea NDDC · Seoul

    • Kickstarted a cross-team Task Force (Performance Media, Business, Marketing) to optimize Paid Media landings and remove CX friction — +14% higher traffic into seasonally key product walls.
    • Led the homepage layout refresh with digital marketing — 2× higher CVR and 3× higher revenue contribution.

    Digital Platform Migration Manager

    Nike Sports Korea NDDC · Seoul

    • Migrated Nike Korea from a 3P platform onto Nike Global — the full suite of Nike.com web, app, and omnichannel services.
    • Scoped Front-End CX requirements and coordinated UAT across internal tools and front/back-end validation — aligning Korea and Global stakeholders to streamline decisions and deliver on time.
    • Led a team of 12 power-users — driving tool training and reporting migration go-to-market readiness and risks to senior leadership.
